If you ever wondered why the Generals are in charge, this episode answers that. General Tiedoll and the others show off what a truly mastered Innocence can do. A key moment is seeing their Art turn into a weapon of mass destruction.

This episode is purely for action. It balances the horror of the Level 4 invasion with the pure hype of seeing the orders strongest warriors finally cut loose.

I feel the fluid, liquid graphics show Lulubell’s shapeshifting mastery is visually stunning. The must-watch moment is when Lulubell finally reaches the manufacturing plant.

Everything slows down but the emotional damage is still LOUD and we’re just sitting there processing like yeah… nothing is the same anymore.

The Generals are on a completely different level, as this episode serves as a reminder. Total badassness. In the midst of a dark arc, there is a moment of relief and wonder. After all the effort, it is incredibly saitsfying to watch them clear waves of level 3 Akumas.

A pretty hype and exciting episode! Definitely action-packed, which I like, and the plot itself is progressing pretty nicely. I also love the action scenes and how the others entered the battle, each in their own cool spells and moves against the Akumas haha.

EPISODE CONTEXT

This episode follows the 'Headquarters Under Siege' storyline, where the Black Order's base becomes an active warzone against an overwhelming Akuma assault. At episode 98 of 103, 'Strength of a General' sits at the narrative peak of the series' endgame, with the Generals' capabilities finally spotlighted at full force. It directly sets the stage for 'Noah of Lust,' shifting focus toward the more personal and dangerous confrontations with the Noah family that carry the series to its conclusion.
