I found Ep 2 shocking. Despite the changes Akira undergoes, he remains the same kind-hearted person who cries for others. The demons are creepy & violent, which causes everything to recoil. He still feels quite heroic, but now I’m worried about where it’s all leading.
This has full of stimulating imagery. Feels uncomfortable to watch, but it's also saying there's no shame of showing what's relatable and realistic. I like the beat the gang is rapping here, it's artistic and stylish. I laugh to confusion when it butted, but hey, it's cool.
This animation is absolutely goated. Mixing some very different fluid lines and color palettes into some intense action scenes. Seeing the human side still intact inside devil man was kinda expected but beautifully executed nevertheless. Great soundtrack. Good watch.
