Devil's Circuit
Oshimeter
Synopsis
"Devil's Circuit" centers on a singular, towering 60-story skyscraper, the axis around which the film's world revolves. The filmmakers established a 400 to 500-meter radius around the skyscraper, dividing the circumference into 48 distinct sections. From each of these sections, photographs were meticulously taken. These photographs, captured from the same vantage points, were then animated frame by frame. This technique creates the illusion of incredible speed and motion, as the skyscraper and its surrounding environment appear to spin. The film's unique visual style emphasizes the central skyscraper, transforming it into the heart of a dynamic and visually arresting experience. The film's core theme revolves around the perception of movement and the manipulation of perspective.
