This episode was ok. It's a remote village mystery plot. They did change up the art to be a tad more de-saturated to give a "old colored movie" vibe. They even change the ED to be a ballad lol. The cuts to Mashiro fighting was pretty funny I'll admit.

This was a serious arc about a village plague, and I felt so bad for Nagumo when I saw his 5 million yen payment turn out to be fake currency.

Eerie, village-based graphics for the psychic mystery. Mashiro confronting the "Psychic of Love" is the peak moment. In this episode i feel like her bluntness is the best weapon against scams.

Mashiro becomes fascinated when a so-called psychic starts giving romantic predictions. While she eagerly listens to every reading, Nagumo remains skeptical and watches the situation carefully.

A cult-leader psychic is brainwashing a village. Mashiro skips the talking and goes straight to face-kicking. Extremely based.

Another title for this episode should be "Doctors these Days are Crazy!"🤣The old lady looks too spritely she can even keep up with Mashiro. Karaoke in their battle is crazy however the finishing blow that Mashiro did is too lame and anticlimactic that it made me laugh.

The detectives somehow piece everything together and the explanation is half brilliant and half ridiculous which honestly fits the show perfectly.

The duo went to a deserted village for a request. Our first real plot of the anime which lasted an episode.Mashiro's episode long fight against granny takes the spotlight.Best one is the times she interrupts granny evrytime granny started to give a flashback which is hilarious.

Lol what the hell was that 😂 Mashiro and that old hag fighting like that was ridiculously funny. The whole episode was pure nonsense in the best way possible. I honestly don’t even know what I just watched, but I’m totally satisfied.
