The ending was okay, but what I really disliked was how heavily it leaned into the yuri aspect. Overall, even if you love mecha anime, there's not much this series has to offer. However, if you're a fan of yuri, I think you'll probably enjoy it.

An okay episode. I really like how Ame no Murakumo transforms from a sword-like form into a robotic mecha. The first half is mostly action, while the second half has some emotional moments.

There's a bit of character growth for Himeko here. She becomes stronger and more responsible. The ending is almost here, judging by the invitation Himeko receives from Chikane, and the buildup has been pretty good.

This episode feels like each of the MCs is preparing for the final battle, and Chikane is so ridiculously strong. Aside from that, seeing Mako-chan arrive to stop the bullying is nice to see.

A weird episode. Himeko is trying her best to cheer Chikane up, but she becomes an Orochi because she do what she wants??? Aside from that, seeing Souma's mecha transform into different forms makes me curious whether the other mechas can also change forms. It is interesting.

This episode made me feel uneasy. The yuri aspect was quite heavy, and I didn't really enjoy it. Although there was some action, it felt a bit underwhelming. However, it's clear that Sister Miyako made Chikane come to a decision about something, and we'll probably see what it is in the next episode.

This episode is actually okay despite having no action. It focuses more on Chikane and shows why Himeko is so important to her. For example, Himeko's treatment towards her was different from everyone else when they first met. Chikane is also really mature for letting Himeko go on their date. The ending got me thinking about what might happen next, so it was a good buildup for me.

More action in this episode, which is exactly what I came for. With Himeko present, Souma managed to overcome it. It looks like things between the brothers have come to an end, though I'm not entirely sure. Either way, I think it was handled pretty well in the end.

Personally, I don't think it was a bad episode. The plot is just a little different, but it still ends up with one of Orochi's followers going after Himeko—although this time, the target is Souma instead. It looks like there's more to Tsubasa and Souma's relationship, and hopefully the next episode will explore it further.
