Rakugo finds its way into the most unlikely of venues. Yakumo performs with everything he has left, and a late-night solo session in an empty theater becomes the season's most haunting scene.

Wow, another absolutely brilliant episode with more one chilling direction than I've ever seen. The OP kept me on edge the entire time, building up to that Shinigami. This anime is a freaking emotional rollercoaster.

The aftermath of the performance deals with the literal and metaphorical "burning" of the old world. The stakes shift from professional legacy to simple survival, and the emotional weight is almost unbearable. High-stakes and very rewarding.
