This episode completely broke me. Rengoku smiling and encouraging everyone even while suffering made me cry so hard. His final moments felt inspiring and heartbreaking at the same time, and I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about it after watching.

The episode was amazing to the final second. The last fight with Rengoku was visually appealing and the soundtracks used matched perfectly and it made it super immersive to watch!

I’m not okay after this. This is the peak of the season, no cap. Hype turned into heartbreak really fast. Rengoku went out like a legend, no hesitation, no excuses. I was literally screaming at the screen. If you don't cry, are you even human? 10/10. Best. Episode. Ever.

Rengoku was raised well by his mother. To still think of others when your life is already at stake. I'm crying. This episode is too painful to watch. I can't see my boy cry anymore.

Episode 7 just hurts in a quiet, lingering way. There’s no big spectacle this time, just grief that feels painfully real. The pauses, the shaky voices, the way everyone processes things differently. It's just hard to describe.

We're not ready for this type of emotional roller coaster. hands over mouth moments. I'm starting to question Ufotable's budget for this episode. EPIC! They really set their hearts ablaze for this one. Voice acting is brought to a whole new level. You CANNOT miss this.

SPOILER:The conclusion of the battle. Rengoku receives fatal wounds from Akaza but continues to fight until sunrise forces the demon to flee, The last cry of Tanjiro speaks the vibe ! No Word !!!

Can't say enough great things about Demon Slayer's art and animation, and this episode just blows it out of proportion. Enjoyed a lot of the action scenes in this as well as the budding relationship between the characters. Be prepared to be emotional this episode though!

Waaahhh! Can't help but cry with Tanjiro as I watch this episode. The pain of losing someone who's worth keeping. The despair due to being unable to help the person survive and return safely. It's so sad, but it also serves as a motivational push for Tanjiro to train harder.

the sunrise timing is not an accident. every frame of rengoku facing that dawn is a deliberate choice and the show knows exactly what it's doing with it. i have rewatched this episode four times and i cry at the exact same moment every single time. the final message scene is the most i have ever felt watching animation. not exaggerating even slightly

For the final episode, Akaza punches a hole through Rengoku’s chest in a bloody climax. Despite his mutilated body, the Flame Hashira grips the demon's arms until sunrise. Akaza flees like a coward into the shadows, leaving Tanjiro sobbing as Rengoku dies with a smile.

I personally felt it was pretty nice and the humor and the fact that most of the season was filler kinda reminds you that you watching a shounen anime.
