This episode uncovers quite a lot of the plot, especially regarding Akuto being the Demon King. Honestly, though, for some reason, the pacing feels like it's getting faster and faster as we go. I just hope they don't leave any plot holes from rushing things like this, cause it’s getting really intriguing. The comedy is still genuinely funny, and the fight scenes are surprisingly still decent despite the mid-animation. Let's see how they handle the next episode.

In search of hidden treasures, Akuto got full harem pack unlocked 💀. The mystery of that man in white is what pushes them further into their journey and the build up for it is definitely worth mentioning. But I feel like the emotional investment is still isn't up to the mark and Akuto'e character build up still feels lacking

What do an unexpected love triangle, a family mystery, and student council hijinks all have in common? This episode. It's not a skip episode, just very confusing. It felt like you're supposed to know info that wasn't given. Pace may be a tad too fast.

Episode Context

Demon King Daimao shifts gears into dungeon-crawling territory as Akuto, Korone, and Hiroshi dive into the school's underground labyrinth on a treasure hunt. The heavy dramatic tension from Akuto's prophesied fate takes a backseat here, replaced by a more adventure-driven episode that leans into the show's fantasy and comedy roots. Expect a fast-paced blend of exploration sequences, trap encounters, and the series' signature ecchi humor woven between action beats. New characters enter the mix, adding fresh dynamics to an already chaotic cast. The underground setting gives the episode a different visual flavor compared to the usual school grounds, and the interactions between the trio keep things entertaining even when the plot is mostly propelling everyone forward through corridors and combat. A fun, lighter entry that still pushes the narrative along.
