watching laios dive into marcille's dreams to save her from those nightmares was so incredibly wholesome (and hilarious). senshi is just the ultimate father figure to everyone and i love him so much

utilizing a dream sequence allows for highly creative visual combat, particularly marcille weaponizing her spellbook. the party bonding is excellent, and solidifying senshi as the foundational paternal figure of the group is brilliant writing.

Senshi's panties, I can literally see his panties! A very fun and wholesome episode, esp when Laios gets into Marcille's dream to save her from nightmares. The way she uses the book to defeat the monster is hilarious. Senshi is really my favorite character ever! The dad of every fatherless child! Love love him!

The story picks up again a bit by introducing a new character who shakes up the dynamic in Laios’ party. The later part of the episode uses a monochrome dream world in a creative way to explore the characters of Laios and Marcille, giving us a look into their hidden insecurities.

A lore-heavy episode. The inroduction of a newcomer was inderwhelming but was represented as crucial splendidly nonetheless. The confession of a great obstacle that lowers hope then the positive outlook of Laios of the confession was well done to raise it once again. Our understanding of Marcille was also deepen necessarily for Her black magic will be crucial for the new goal at hand.

While the introduction of Izutsumi feels underwhelming, the second half of the episode is a visual and character writing spectacle worth praising. Marcille and Laios are a wonderful duo, and their bond really stands out here. However, a weaker start does hold this episode back.

This episode centers on reading enemy behavior and smart positioning. The party faces a threat that reacts to noise and movement, so they have to coordinate timing, stay aware of line‑of‑sight, and use distraction tactics instead of just fighting head‑on

Funny how this episode the car girl finally appeared since she was missing. Also the pacing in this one was chill. It's like this episode was a break for the adventurers. For me, this is a skippable episode.

This episode shows the backstory of Laios also it has a great animation specially from the monster. Fight scene is intense cant wait for more
