it is genuinely kind of sad watching this team slowly shrink down to almost nothing. i miss the energy from the earlier eps and i really miss ryuk being present. the show feels a bit quieter and emptier and that is clearly intentional id say

watching everything that light built up in the first half slowly fall apart is genuinely sad in a way i did not expect this show to make me feel. missing the old version of light is such a strange feeling for an anime to produce but here we are.
