Good episode. There was more exposition and a few flashbacks. It had both sad and sweet moments, and the soundtrack was really good.

Episode 8 explored more of Nagomu's past and his time in Tokyo. It helped explain why he has such a positive outlook despite experiencing setbacks in life. The Halloween festival gave the episode a cheerful atmosphere and made it one of the more memorable episodes for me.
