This maybe the best episode of the cour 2 so far. The animation was quite smooth with good fighting scenes between Taipei and Soara. Everything were finally dropping and connecting subtly. Perfect drop of ED "Hope" to the brutality, merciless, and gruesome scenes of Civil.
