In this episode, it feels like a slow realisation of how hard the other is working. The peak moments happen when a quiet moment of exhaustion is shared. The graphics use a soft focus that makes the atmosphere feel heavy and intimate, like you’re actually there, real talk.
Got really scared ther for a sec. I thought things would really turn into something completely different, lol. But the next thing I knew. I was smiling and thrilled on the next scenes. The film style at the near end was my favorite part as it is unique and really suits the theme.
I really like the bit they tried out with the film reel type of animation. We got the Saki lore with this episode... and the Yuuta lore a bit... Some of the happenings in this episode surprised me a bit, but otherwise... pretty good anime ig.
