Mao’s perspective gives a little comedy at the start. Amber’s team is contributing towards the entanglement of the plot. It certainly provides depth to the story. The MC’s team, on the other hand, seems to me quite sceptical. Short action sequences are used nicely in this episode

Amber's true plan is finally revealed and it's far bigger than expected. The layers of conspiracy fold in on themselves in a satisfying way. November 11's exit is abrupt and stings for it. The blue light ending is haunting.
