EPISODE REVIEWS
The Chiaki twist at the end is genuinely shocking and well handled. Hei showing a hint of emotion despite being stoic makes this arc more memorable than expected. Solid close to the opener.
It continues from the previous episode. The whole precinct of this episode is quite gloomy. Still, some funny scenes are there to decrease the serious tone. The animation is old school, and the pace is perfect for the flow of its story. Short-sequence action scenes are well used.
