Holy crap this was easily one of the scariest episodes yet. It really feels like the story has moved past its setup and we're entering the serious stuff now. Yayoi knowing she's outmatched but still refusing to back down is exactly why she's such a great character.

That ghost scene was straight-up gross to look at. Moves at a fast pace, the creepy visual framing works, and the writing hits differently when learning the cause of the curse. Best ep so far.
