Episode Context

Episode 6 raised the stakes sharply by introducing the AI unit Proto and pulling back the curtain on the corporate machinery threatening the Dandelion Clan's existence. Episode 7 is the direct payoff, the chairman's hyper-efficient afterlife system collapses under its own hubris, forcing the full cast to confront the fallout. As the season's final episode, it closes the loop on the quota conflict without leaving runway for a sequel setup, making it the definitive statement on the series' core themes.
