The relentless absurdity of this episode proved to be delightfully unhinged, making every single scene worth watching. Plus, I also noticed that the character narratives seem to follow a pattern where different character team ups are featured to effectively inject a fresh dynamic flavor into their interactions. Furthermore, the cliffhanger conversation adds an intriguing touch to the story.
Even the characters themselves acknowledge that this episode is one of those classic beach or hot spring themed episodes that offer nothing but fanservice; in this case, the group of characters goes to an onsen... in a medieval European country... Okay, I understand it's humor and some scenes are genuinely funny, but are we going to get anywhere, or are these 12 episodes just for background noise?
It is pretty funny that Prince Mare hates the idea of bathing with strangers.
