The episode felt like a filler for me. They kinda did not perfect to give the sense of humor and pervert content, for me it was awkward because I find it ironic.

maximizes its comedy. Energetic animation quality . While story development circles back to the penguin particle device tests, character development spikes during the showdown. The high-tempo music accents the silly rivalries perfectly

For a series built on chaos, this one spends a bit more time letting rivalries and personalities take center stage. The spotlight on the female cast leads to some surprisingly entertaining moments, balancing absurd comedy with just enough tension to keep things interesting. The penguins remain gloriously ridiculous as always, but the episode works best when it focuses on the clash between two very different perspectives. Still completely insane, just with a little extra character flavor mixed in.
