"D.C.~Da Capo~" unfolds on Hatsune Island, a crescent-shaped land perpetually adorned with cherry blossoms. The story centers on Asakura Junnichi, a student at Kazami Academy who can see others' dreams and create sweets using magic taught to him by an old woman. He shares a deep, almost romantic bond with his sister, Asakura Nemu, who isn't blood-related. Their daily life at school includes childhood friend Amakase Miharu, the academy idol Shirakawa Kotori, and the Mizukoshi sisters, Moe and Mako. Their routine is disrupted when Yoshino Sakura, a childhood friend believed to be in America, suddenly returns, declaring she's there to fulfill a childhood promise. This reunion sets the stage for exploring relationships and the impact of the past on the present.
