This ep is a good setup for the finale. The animation here was one of the best in the entire season. The pacing is intense as we get a big boss villain instead of a generic monster. I really love the rivalry between the two groups. It's like a good vs bad organization rivalry.
This episode was slightly dark and emotional and created tension. Different plots were towards the opening of the final story. More impactful than previous episodes.
