EPISODE REVIEWS

The danger feels so real in this episode. This one focuses more on the captain, diving into her daily logs, her ongoing assessment of the team, and her realizations ever since Ange started piloting Villkiss. It also does a great job showing how she manages her team's infighting and their constant targeting of one another.

This episode focuses on Salia's character development. It also provides additional insight into Tusk and his significance to the plot. While the episode leans heavily into fan service, the studio's censorship ends up making certain scenes look really odd, even in the Blu-ray release. The ending provides the real payoff despite the odd censorship, as the story finally begins moving toward its central plot

If you're going to look at it, it's a lot deeper than I expected. It's not just the Norma and Human and DRAGON things. It's all mixed issues with the family as well. Politics, action, discrimination, ecchi, all in one! 10/10 episode!
