COOL DE M HAS NO VOTE THIS WEEK
Synopsis
One glance at the name tells you exactly what kind of show this is. Cool de M is a 2025 hentai OVA from Studio Nur, and it leans into a specific kink dynamic: the "M" in the title isn't subtle. You've got a character who projects a composed, cool exterior, but behind closed doors, that facade cracks in ways that drive the whole appeal of the show. There's not a ton of info out there on this one yet since it's a newer release and an original production rather than being adapted from a manga or visual novel. That said, the premise centers on the contrast between someone's public persona and their private desires, which is a pretty well-worn setup in the genre but one that works when the execution is right. If you've watched stuff like Cool Devices and appreciated how it explored different fetish scenarios across episodes, or if Fella Pure hit the right notes for you with its character-driven approach to adult content, this occupies a similar space. Studio Nur keeps things focused and doesn't try to overcomplicate what is, at its core, a straightforward adult OVA. The tone leans more into the teasing and psychological side of things rather than going purely for shock value, which gives it a slightly different texture compared to a lot of what comes out in this genre. Worth checking out if the dynamic described above is your thing: you'll know within the first few minutes whether it clicks for you or not.

I thought this was going to be some serious show about handsome guys but it is just about being a complete mess and I love Hayate so much already
That cafe scene is the best thing ever and the way he just stays so calm while dying inside is just too much
The internal monologue about his own clumsiness really hit me hard since I spend half my life trying to look like I have it together when I do not
Seeing Hayate try to play off that wallet mistake at the register was too much, because I have definitely stood there panicking while people waited behind me
Hayate acting like he meant to trip on the sidewalk just to keep his cool reputation in front of strangers is the level of delusion that people should strive for
That moment when he realized he was wearing his sweater inside out in public was a total nightmare and he handled it with more grace than most
I could not stop laughing when he realized he was trying to drink through his mask because I have definitely done that before
That moment when he tries to pay with his wallet instead of the card and just walks away is so painful to watch but also hilarious
It was a really chill start, and the art style has this soft watercolor look that makes the whole show feel very comfy and relaxing
This was so much more relaxing than expected and Hayate is basically a mirror for real life since watching him try to look all cool and composed while making the dumbest mistakes, like trying to pay with a rewards card, is just too real and it is a nice change of pace to have a show that is just pure vibes and focuses on these tiny funny moments
Seeing him confidently walk the wrong way and then have to do that awkward little turn around to fix it was painful to watch in a good way
Why was he trying to drink his coffee through the lid while looking all mysterious on the bench because he is such a ditz
The way he just walked into that door because he pushed instead of pulling was hilarious because you probably do that almost every single day
Hayate trying to pay with his point card instead of money is the most relatable thing ever and he looks so calm while he is dying inside
Keeping that perfect model walk while heading straight into a lecture was pure comedy
this art style is pretty clean but it feels like the story is moving too fast for no reason and they could have spent more time on the build up
Seeing Hayate get all weird about looking at other small animals because he felt like he was cheating on his pet at home was hilarious, and that internal monologue was just so strange. The whole aesthetic of the show with those soft colors and the Mafumafu song makes everything feel so relaxed and easy for me to watch
Hayate trying to act like he meant to be clumsy while secretly dying inside from embarrassment was a moment I related to way too much
I felt so bad for Hayate when he was overthinking about being unfaithful to his pet while looking at other animals and his internal panic was hilarious
I thought the character designs were great and the animation during the main scenes was way better than most of the stuff coming out lately
