The episode left too many unanswered questions and it's a good thing that there is a second season of this anime. I think I would appreciate the anime if I rewatched it after finishing season 2, there's really quite a lot of holes in the story and maybe I would appreciate the time skip scene more. For now, as a first time watcher I wouldn't rate it high.
Best finale. I really loved this anime, and it concluded while connecting the future events beautifully. I honestly can’t say who was right or wrong since both sides had understandable points. It was also a really nice touch to bring back many of the superhumans from previous episodes. This series truly feels like a love letter to Showa-era entertainment, with lots of references and parodies of classic works. That said, the non-linear storytelling was still really confusing at times, I practically had to take notes just to keep track of when everything was happening. Overall, a really good anime.
The massive ideological cracks within the Superhuman Bureau completely fracture as a grand-scale public exhibition turns into a chaotic tactical battleground! 🏟️🔥 With the public watching and global powers shifting, our main heroes are forced to choose their final stances in an explosive showdown that redefines the entire future of superhumans
