Some of the fights aren't off-screened, but they're still underwhelming because of the lame ass animation and even when Number Six finally gets fight. The main thing keeping me interested in this anime is seeing how Number Six's story unfolds. Alice proposed something intriguing to the higher-ups at the end of the episode, and that's enough to make me want to keep watching 😅

The war arrives, bringing with it plenty of exciting battles, steamy moments and action-packed peaks, unexpected surprises, and a different episode ending. Fast-paced and canon within the story. Entertaining to watch.

Episode Context

Episode 5 laid the groundwork with the Demon Lord's army mobilizing for a full assault on the Kingdom of Grace, and Episode 6 delivers the payoff as the invasion hits. Sitting right at the season's midpoint, this episode marks the critical transition from setup and buildup to direct, sustained conflict. It establishes the battlefield conditions and character dynamics that will drive the back half of the twelve-episode run.
