EPISODE REVIEWS

Kirihara laughing after learning Zero’s identity was lowkey one of the coldest moments. The Kyoto meeting had so much tension for two people mostly just talking LOL

The Shirley scenes genuinely make you feel bad for EVERYONE involved.

Episode Context

Sitting at the midpoint of the season, Episode 12 serves as a critical cooldown after the high-octane Battle for Narita arc, redirecting momentum from military confrontation to political maneuvering and alliance-building. It capitalizes on the credibility Zero has earned through recent victories while introducing new power players who will shape the back half of the season. This episode directly sets the stage for the more personally devastating 'Shirley at Gunpoint,' signaling that the consequences of Zero's double life are about to catch up in ways combat alone can't solve.
