Episode Context

Positioned just past the midpoint of R2, this episode follows Lelouch's reality-altering encounter in 'The C's World' and channels those revelations into concrete political action on a global stage. It serves as a critical bridge episode, converting personal truths into systemic change by establishing the United Federation of Nations. The groundwork laid here directly feeds into 'The Taste of Humiliation,' where the consequences of these sweeping political declarations collide with battlefield reality.
