The ending vow against the Geass Order felt less like revenge and more like Lelouch realizing Geass ruins every peaceful relationship he has
This episode is where Lelouch’s life fully stops being student pretending to be revolutionar and becomes pure tragedy
Shirley choosing to protect Lelouch even after remembering EVERYTHING was one of the saddest acts of love in the series
