the compilation movie format works really well for code geass. seeing the story this polished with the updated visuals is such a treat. lelouch is genuinely one of the most compelling protagonists in anime and this reminded me exactly why. great watch

rewatching code geass as a movie hits different honestly. lelouch going from helpless prince to zero is still one of the best character arcs in anime no debate
