A good ending for the first season- if there will be more seasons after this. While it was a good ending, the execution feels a little bit rushed. There could have been more emotional moments, more fighting and a deeper plot but ultimately the settled with what i would call a "safe" ending. Can be recommended to others.
A callback to the previous arc. This episode is good at has lots of fighting scenes and surprisingly low amount of comedy, you will get the feeling that this will set the stage for the last episode.
This personally, is my favorite episode so far. So much battle scenes, funny references to other anime, surprises from left and right, and an emotional ending. Even if it feels like it will be a filler episode, its a must watch.
This episode made me chuckle quite a bit. We finally got to see more of Leonard although at first i thought it will be for character development but alas, he stays the same. Its a good episode.
A new friend/potential member of the harem has arrived! The in-fighting between the newly introduced character and Sophie is genuinely funny. This is a good episode to watch as it mixes action and emotional scenes well even though the ending is predictable.
The beginning of the episode makes you question what was happening. It is a nice surprise as the tone is already shifted. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there. They portrayed the king rather unpleasant. LOADS of fan service if you're into that. Don't watch in public!
Episode 6 is a nice break from the emotional last episode. It has some nice fighting scenes and solid funny moments as well. But the power balance of the characters is inconsistent, at one point it feels like they can annihilate everyone, and some episode they're underwhelming
Okay. that was a nice twist of events. We keep learning more about the past of new characters that somehow ties with Blade's past. The whole episode is a treat, i just dont like how this series destroying the woman's clothing when fighting.
The first half of the episode is good, with fighting and emotional scenes! although the animation is a bit lacking, they still manage to make it exciting somehow. The second half of the episode can be skipped as it does not contribute much to the main story but it is a bit funny.
The addition of Cu to the gang is awesome, the father-daughter dynamic of Blade and Cu is insanely cute, The emotional scene of this episode hits home as it dabbles with parenting and loneliness. Overall a good episode
I really like how at first we view blade as the great hero, but in this episode we learn about his past life being a hero and how he views himself. We also learn about Sophie and her origins. The gags are genuinely funny, there are fan service scenes as well. Overall a good episode with emotional scenes.
This was a very gentle ending to the anime. If peace was the plot, this episode purposely puts that into perspective. And I thought we wouldn't get anymore additions to the class, but anime proved me wrong today. I will recommend this one. Good rewatchability.
I'd say this episode is a good "rounder" into the finale. The source of the final problem doesn't feel forced, maybe a little rushed though. Comedy took a dive here but it's understandable why. And if you'd made it this far there's no way you can skip this one.
I'm not going to lie, I shed a few tears on this one. I personally related to Blade in this episode. Having people care for you in times and places where most have not is extremely surprising. And is certainly overwhelming. Got me right in the feels.
The funniest episode so far. Blade has zero common knowledge whatsoever. The styling of this one is completely different from the other episodes also. Swapping scenes and animation from other anime as a respectful nod. It felt like a SNL skit that ran long though.
Connection is the bass line of this episode. Like how differences can blur into similarities. And with another addition to the class the relatability factor keeps going up. Though I'm not sure where the story may go, their friendship is the reason why they will go.
The beginning had me shook. This episode does a wonderful job of reminding the viewer that information was given in the previous episode, whether they remember or not. With this, followed by more growth within the class, the rest of the show seems more unpredictable.
The crew actually do some hero work in this one. I'm not sure if the point of the plot is overcoming trauma, cause this episode sure feels that way. But since the rest of the class is getting screentime and their dynamic is growing, I don't mind.
This episode really made me forget I was watching a fantasy anime. Much more slice-of-life. Not sure if that's good or bad yet. It felt like another day in high school dealing with my friends' problems. The care behind it does help it become more engaging though.
It is your generic "isekai" or "reborn" anime where the protagonist is extremely strong with a heroine that is a tsundere and also a prodigy. That being said, it is geared towards adult audients and should not be watched while on public.
