Ending the episode right before the festival was the perfect choice. It leaves you with a heavy feeling, knowing Nagisa has to face the stage while carrying all that guilt. The cliffhanger is criminal LOL

WAAA the shed scene is one of the strongest moments. There’s no music-heavy buildup, just Nagisa piecing things together on her own, which makes the realization feel more raw. :(((
