Yep, you aren't mistaken when you read the episode title. This episode is about Saeko's little sister. The two of them are very different, save for their beauty and a certain aspect of their character that Ryo immediately notices. It's a two-part story, and as expected, the story is pretty great. It even showcases just how inhuman Ryo's abilities are and how terrifying his senses can be.
