📖 SYNOPSIS
A luxurious new island resort in Tokyo Bay, controlled by a powerful supercomputer, hosts a grand opening party. Miki and Kaori from the City Hunter gang are among the invited guests. However, the celebration is interrupted when General Gillium, an exiled South American dictator, takes the partygoers hostage. Ryo and Umibozu are tasked with the dangerous mission of freeing the hostages. Their objective is not only to rescue the captives but also to prevent Gillium's daughter from using the resort's supercomputer to launch a nuclear attack against the United States of America. The fate of the hostages and the potential for global conflict rests on their shoulders.
