Sang MC menelusuri apa tujuan ayase melakukan segala cara agar bisa menang di turnamen itu dan akhirnya mengetahui nya, keren nya disini meskipun sedikit naif sang MC berhasil menyelesaikan nya dengan sangat baik!. Episode ini hampir seluruhnya berpusat pada satu konflik, tetapi tidak pernah terasa lambat. Studio Silver Link menghadirkan salah satu pertarungan paling elegan di anime ini.

We finally conclude this story arc, which is a great change of pace by the way. This episode also has probably the longest battle sequence in the series yet and allowed the viewers to see another side of our main character. Beside all this is the drama that involves the goal that everyone is trying to reach, and what they are willing to pay to get there. This episode fortunately ended much more wholesomely than expected and it might be a foreshadowing. Anyways, were almost at the last stretch and production value is improving, there are a lot more to look ahead, stay tuned.

Episode 8 closes out the Sword Eater arc that began around episode 6, resolving the personal conflicts tied to Ayase and Kuraudo that gave the mid-season its emotional backbone. With this arc concluded at the two-thirds mark of the 12-episode run, the series now pivots toward the larger tournament challenges and escalating threats that will define Ikki's path through the final stretch. It's a natural inflection point, what came before was proving himself against personal demons, and what follows will raise the stakes considerably.
