Episode Context

Sitting at the exact midpoint of this 12-episode run, 'The First Day' pivots from the previous episode's deep dive into Luna's past and her history with the Cat Witch toward her present-day responsibilities as Lize's mentor. It functions as a narrative bridge, grounding the series in the here and now after several episodes of backstory and world-setting. This episode lays essential groundwork for 'The Magic Diary' in episode 7, where Lize's personal journey takes center stage.
