Episode Context

Coming off the emotional weight of 'Toya's Destiny,' where Aya's feelings for Toya deepen against a backdrop of mounting danger, this episode shifts focus toward the Mikage family's institutional threat, placing their sinister ambitions front and center. 'The C Project' functions as a pivot point, moving the story from personal revelation into something more systematic and calculated. It directly sets the stage for 'Celestial Awakening,' where the consequences of the family's manipulations begin to spiral outward and force Aya toward harder reckonings about her identity and autonomy.
