Episode Context

Building directly on the revelations of 'The Ancient Tennyo,' this episode bridges the series' deepest mythological disclosures with the endgame confrontations ahead. Shuro's introduction expands the celestial maiden's reach into the present day, adding a new dimension to the legacy Aya has been struggling against all season. 'Song of Redemption' functions as the final breath before the climax, with 'Mikagi Reborn' positioned to deliver on the tension accumulated here.
