Synopsis

For 200 years, two factions have been grinding each other into dust, and somehow nobody's won yet. That's the world Huey Elzard operates in — a young knight commanding the seventh holy knight corps in an ongoing war between Lushiera and Injiera. On paper, he's a strategic mind leading a squad of distinct personalities through a conflict that's older than anyone fighting it. In practice, his relaxed attitude makes everyone around him constantly underestimate him, which is either a liability or a weapon depending on how you look at it. The early episodes spend time establishing the squad dynamics and the first stages of their campaign, letting the characters breathe before things escalate. It's a fantasy war setting with some RPG-flavored structure underneath — think unit management and tactical positioning woven into the narrative rather than just backdrop decoration. The tone leans into the drama of people trying to hold together as a unit under pressure, and the mature content is woven throughout rather than being an afterthought. If you've watched something like Izumo or D+vine Luv and appreciated how those titles blend fantasy worldbuilding with adult content, this sits in similar territory. It's a 3-episode OVA from 2003, so it moves quickly and doesn't overstay its welcome. Don't go in expecting deep lore resolution — treat it as a snapshot of a larger world with characters worth spending an hour or two with.
