It is an intense and character based episode that highlights the story’s new emphasis on Dio and his rising ambitions. This particular episode is interesting because of its contrast between idealism and violence. Even dreams of utopia can be fleeting and violent.

This episode was graet. Finally got to see some fights after long, narrative type episodes. Dio's obsession might become headache in future! The pacing was good with some good plots.
