Episode Context

This is the first half of a standalone two-part filler arc, following the conclusion of 'Chase 100 Million Yen' in Episode 800. It establishes the Tottori setting and comedic tone before Episode 802, 'The Tottori Sand Dunes Mystery Tour (Tottori Arc),' shifts gears into a more serious mystery. No connection to the overarching Black Organization storyline, this is a pure breather arc.
