A village rumored to be haunted becomes the setting for another mystery. The eerie reputation adds tension, though Conan quickly looks for logical explanations. Always enjoy the episode with historical touch.

Episode Context

Positioned as a standalone case following the 'Cactus's Flower Murder Case,' this episode continues the early run's pattern of self-contained mysteries that build Conan's reputation as a sharp deductive mind without advancing the overarching Black Organization plot. It bridges directly into the 'Wealthy Daughter Murder Case,' maintaining a steady cadence of increasingly varied and atmospheric cases that define this stretch of the series.
