The mystery inside the villa slowly unfolds. Tension stays high as Conan works out the truth. The story here is surprisingly dark and memorable.

Episode Context

This episode concludes the two-part Mountain Villa Bandaged Man arc that began in Episode 34, delivering the payoff to that episode's setup of an isolated, high-stakes mystery. It represents one of the stronger early multi-parters in the series, showcasing the show's ability to sustain tension across episodes. Following this resolution, the series transitions to a new standalone urban investigation with the 'Monday Night 7:30 P.M. Murder Case,' returning to Conan's more typical city-based detective work.
