Episode Context

Coming off the courtroom-focused Episode 298, this episode pivots entirely to a fresh setting and a new cast of suspects, marking the start of a self-contained two-part filler mystery. It has no direct bearing on the overarching Black Organization storyline or ongoing character arcs. Part 2 follows immediately, so this functions purely as the buildup half, establishing the victim pool, motives, and emotional stakes before the inevitable crime drops.
