Episode Context

This episode launches a standalone two-part Osaka case following the 'Nanki Beach Mystery Tour' arc, shifting the setting and spotlight toward Heiji and Kazuha alongside the usual Tokyo crew. It establishes the crime and suspect pool here in Part 1, with the full investigation and resolution reserved for 'The 3 Ks of Osaka Case (Part 2)' in the following episode. As a canon case, it delivers meaningful character moments for Heiji and Conan while keeping the series' episodic mystery format intact.
