Episode Context

This is the second part of the Pont Koitani two-parter, following 'The Lover Who Vanished on Pont Koitani (Tottori Tour),' which established the initial disappearance and its deceptive origins. The Misasa Arc escalates the mystery significantly, transforming earlier revelations into a more complex and dangerous case. As a canon episode deep into Detective Conan's long run, it functions as a self-contained multi-part arc while maintaining the series' ongoing character dynamics.
