Episode Context

This episode continues the Police Academy Arc's Wild Police Story sub-series, shifting the lens to Hiromitsu Morofushi after the previous episode wrapped up the 'Yoko Okino and the Locked Attic' two-parter. It serves as a standalone character study within the arc, enriching Morofushi's backstory and his bonds with fellow cadets. The groundwork laid here feeds directly into subsequent Police Academy installments that explore other key figures tied to the series' overarching Black Organization storyline.
