Episode Context

Following Akina's commitment to the Fated Clash in Episode 2, motivated by his desire to help his sister, Episode 3 wastes no time launching into the tournament's first round, immediately testing his resolve against someone deeply important to him. As the third episode in a tight 13-episode season, this sets the competitive and emotional template for the battles ahead while establishing the rivalries and relationships that will drive the Fated Clash arc forward.
