Amazing establishing episode that focuses on setting up the world instead of force feeding us the card game

Episode Context

As episode 1 of 13, 'Fated One of Miracles' is purely foundational, it introduces protagonist Akina Myodo and the central concept of the 'Fated Clash' that will drive the entire season's conflict. There's no prior continuity to catch up on here; this is your entry point. The episode deliberately seeds mysteries and character hooks designed to pay off across the remaining twelve episodes as Akina is drawn deeper into the world of Vanguard.
