Finally, get to know more about the mysterious wizard Clow, which is something I’ve been waiting for since Kero mentioned him in the early chapters. I also love seeing how everyone supports Sakura regarding her insecurities, and the way she understands her value it's poetic to me

Episode Context

Episode 68 marks a critical pivot point just two episodes before the series finale, shifting from the external magical confrontations, like the Tsukimine Shrine encounter in the previous episode, toward internal reflection and mythology. Sakura's investigation into Clow Reed's past directly sets the stage for the final revelations about Eriol's true identity and the culmination of her journey as a card master. This is essential connective tissue between the season's mysterious buildup and its endgame payoff.
