I loved it. The episode slows down slightly to focus on recovery and reflection while still moving the story forward. The atmosphere was strong too.

This episode showed us some of Canaan's backstory, which was interesting and much needed. However, the pacing felt a bit frantic, and the constant scene changes and sheer amount of characters made it a bit hard to follow. Still good, just a bit too much too quickly.
